There is a choice of 38 different floor plans, and lots of options for making whichever one you choose your own unique place. The brief to our architect (Michael Grimshaw of Edifice Design) was "no square boxes". His design is a brilliant blend of individuality and affordability.

The design is environmentally friendly. The development as a whole achieves an excellent 5 star rating.

Every apartment has generous proportions and either a balcony or an outside terrace.

All floors have concrete slab construction. External walls are cavity brick, and internal walls are made of Hebel Powerpanel aerated concrete blocks. These materials offer very good insulation and soundproofing qualities.

Every apartment has at least one north, east or west aspect. Most get good solar exposure. Most have cross-ventilation and shaded glazing to help them stay naturally cool in summer.

Most apartments have either nice city views or a pleasant outlook over the landscaped gardens and the adjacent Linear Park. The landscaped areas include lawns, an established tree area, a barbecue area, places to relax in the sun or shade, and good illumination at night. Stormwater and rainwater catchment tanks have been incorporated in the design and will be reticulated to the landscaped areas for irrigation purposes.

A fulltime Caretaker/Manager will handle the maintenance and security of the development.
