We are keeping some for our use, so you can be sure we are taking very special care with the building and the inclusions. The units are designed to be personal and individual. There are 38 different floor plans to choose from, and lots of ways you can make the one you choose your own unique and special place.

We are aiming to have the building completely finished by early 2010. See site news for a progress report.

1 Church Avenue Mascot is open for inspection on Thursdays
(4 – 7pm) and Saturdays (11am – 3pm) and other times by appointment. MGM Properties is the exclusive selling agent. However, please feel free to contact any of us directly for information about the project.
