In contrast to most countries, Australia has a generally welcoming approach to foreign investment. Such investment is regulated through the Foreign Investment Review Board - see www.firb.gov.au.

The FIRB has granted a blanket approval for up to 50% (i.e. 76) of the units in the Rina Project to be purchased by foreign persons off-the-plan. In other words, up to 76 Rina units are now available for purchase by foreign persons without any further requirement to obtain FIRB approval.

A copy of the FIRB Approval Certificate will be provided to each prospective foreign purchaser.
